Upon completion of the initial nursing assessment, each resident receives a custom plan designed to aid them when engaging in daily living activities. Our nursing team oversees each resident’s medication management program to ensure that medications are taken as prescribed by their physician. Residents see and are visited by third-party medical specialists to get the ongoing care they need.
